TRAININGS: Four evening colloqui a during the academic year (4-6pm, Willow Creek Center, September 30, November 18, January 11, April 12) Four day long pull-out training during the academic year (8:30-3:30, Willow Creek Center, Dates October 12/13; February 1/3; March 23/24; May 24/25) Five day Summer Institute training (8:30-4:30, Willow Creek Center and Oakland Museum, August 15-19, 2011) COACHING: Ongoing throughout the academic year. Teacher leader-coach and grant coordinator visit grant teacher classrooms to demonstrate a lesson with a grant literacy strategy or to observe a grant teacher use a literacy strategy during a grant lesson. TECHNOLOGY: Videographer tapings of professor presentations and occasional teacher presentation of a grant strategy. Website design and content update with guest lectures, teacher-produced materials and other information relevant to grant participants
